Comment: This is a shot of Golgotha from the Garden Tomb. Earlier we had a shot of it from the Old City ramparts. The Garden Tomb is just a couple of blocks north east of Damascus Gate. Apparently this site was discovered when an English officer named Gordon spotted the skull like cliff from atop Damascus Gate.

This is a view of the tomb itself. If you look closely you can see the trough in front of the door where a stone could be rolled. Unfortunately the picture is a bit grainy. We were having some trouble with our camera during this visit and some of the film got overexposed.

Here we have two women (my mother and my wife) looking into the tomb (Matthew 28:6).
